What we collect

The details you enter in our forms: your name, work email, company, role, and what you tell us about your project or assessment answers.

How we use it

To reply to your request, send the report you asked for, and, if you agreed, occasional notes on product, design, and AI. We never sell or share your details.

Services we use

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Cal.com handles call booking. When you book, Cal.com receives the details you enter there.
• Netlify hosts this site.
• Anthropic runs Claude, the AI model behind our visitor assistant (see below).
• Umami counts visits and a few actions (for example, starting the free score or sending a form) so we know which pages help. It uses no cookies and does not identify you; what you type into forms is never sent to it.

Our AI visitor assistant

If you use the assistant on our site, what you type is sent to Anthropic so its Claude model can write the answer. Anthropic does not train its models on it. It deletes it within 30 days, unless it is flagged for breaking Anthropic’s usage policy (then kept up to 2 years) or the law requires longer. We keep none of it ourselves: the conversation stays in your browser tab and clears when you close the tab, and our logs never record what you type. Umami counts only that the assistant was used (for example, opened or asked a question), never your words. If you send a question to our team from the assistant, it reaches us like any other form. Please do not type anything confidential into it.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics uses none. If you unlock our case studies, we set one cookie that remembers access for 30 days. The free score keeps your progress in your browser’s session storage so a reload does not lose your answers. Session storage also notes how you arrived (for example, from a LinkedIn post), and if you send us a form, that note comes with it so we know which articles and posts are useful. Both clear when you close the tab. When you send the free score form, your name, email, company, and role are also kept in your browser’s local storage, so booking a walkthrough or contacting us fills them in for you instead of asking again. They stay on your device, are not sent to us or anyone else until you send another form or book a call, and are removed after 7 days or when you clear this site’s data.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to respond and follow up, or until you ask us to delete it.
